How do I report a bug or problem?

There are several ways to reports problems to us within the Crystal Commerce admin. No matter which method you use, make sure to include as much detail as possible, and screenshots if you are able.

The most obvious way to offer feedback is by using the "Send Feedback" tab that floats at the bottom of every admin page. This option will allow you to automatically include a screenshot with relevant information highlighted, and any sensitive information blocked out.

A second option is to use the Contact Support tab on the Dashboard page.
