How to Batch Update

Batch updates can save you an enormous amount of man hours, by allowing you to update prices and quantity of products in your inventory.

How to batch update:
1. Navigate to Inventory > Products.
2. Perform a search for just the products that you would like to target with your batch update. Generally, it is best to limit your batch updates by product types.
3. Select the actions you would like the batch update to accomplish. Find these actions in the Batch Update box in the lower right corner of Inventory > Products.
Note: As a rule of thumb, it is best to only select changes from one tab of the batch updates box per batch update. Selecting from both the Products and the Variants will cause some parameters to be skipped.
4. Click "Batch Update"
5. A browser window will appear, which lists the following details:

  • Products selected for batch update
  • Changes the batch update will make if it runs

If you are satisfied with the details in the pop-up window, click "OK" to run the batch update.
